Week 12 : Post #2

For customer reviews and expanding the outlook of my business I decided to look into Yelp. It is a very well-known place where people like to write reviews and recommend to others. This gives a great incentive for business owners that will help their name become more popular. If word of mouth has worked all these years then yelp can help you refine how you recommended are.  The idea of getting started even with a couple reviews will make it even a big change for my business. I love hearing positivity from customers with that I know there will be lower ratings. I will try my best possible to reach back to them as quickly and professional. I am not a high volume business yet but one day I will be which will gain more yelp reviews. Now that I have something for my customers to rate me on and write a good review I’ll be a good business for new upcoming customers. First impression has to be good to make it last. These reviews are solely for me, my business, and the great service that is performed.
Groupon on the other hand has me guessing on what I can really put out there. In my opinion it shows mostly foods, travel, retail, and entertainment. When I searched for car wrap it only had one option that did not really describe anything specific. It read $400 for $500 worth of services on the Title of the group on. If I were to offer my services here at a discounted price I would probably format it better. I would also describe what services we offer and post more images to get a better idea. Group on seems tricky for the car wrap industry at this time. Maybe that’s a good thing! Once I figure out how I can get people to use group on for future deals on my services. The reason I say this because of how I am dedicated to my social media fan base. I can experiment to see how many people can join in and utilize group on for their advantage.
