Week 12 : Other Social Media Study
When I think about a great service that has
been done I think about surveys or leaving some feedback. Yelp could be great
in being able to see what type of star rating you are averaging. It can build
up a great portfolio in what others say about your business. They appreciate
the quality of the service and pitching the yelp review can boost up confidence
in building up a fan base there. If there is a negative post you can be
professional and see how you would like to deal with it. From likable social
media it shows examples on how to respond promptly and publicly to resolve the
matter. Never leave a comment without a response this can cause a conflict in
making the customer feel left out or even worse can put a bad name out there.
The lesson in all this is making sure you are getting back to the customer and
leaving a positive note to assure everything can be worked out in a timely
manner.
Each of the social media tools mentioned
can publish my business as more diverse. By being in google maps and utilizing
all that google offers. The groups and communities you can create can turn into
something big. It’s very hard to start a discussion and have many people
involved. I will look into it in how easy it is to gain a mass amount of people
to join in. Sometimes I search about car maintenance for my vehicle and read
forums that other car owners post on how to do it yourself. They also provide
information about doing certain things or where to buy specific parts.
Establishing something like this so the group you attain will be looking into
searching for answers there. Create a comfortable zone and staying up to date
with all different types of communities you try to achieve.
When I’m ready to create a location on
google maps that will be a new beginning. For now I work from home and a
different area. Google maps will be an advantage by displaying where you are
,hours,photos , and most important the reviews.
