Week 11 Email Marketing
If I would look into the newsletter process I would add
short videos of myself working on vehicles. Once they see I’m showing a small
clip they will possibly click and subscribe. This will work since they are
more likely to be engaged with the video and will then give it a like or subscribe
to the channel. Another idea would be contests and prize giveaways. My business
will interact more with the customer by showing them on how they can win free
stuff or at least win a discount. First I would put a newsletter that displays
3 categories after a customer has subscribed to all 3 of my social media links.
They will be able to choose between certain prizes or even a good discount for
a future service. I can create newsletter events with friends that can invite anyone
and will do a gathering where I can raffle prizes for a purchase of a ticket. As everyone is entertained by one another I’ll
have a small booth set up with promotional services I have and show a booklet
of all services offered. With that being said just putting my services right in
front of the newsletter to remind them what we offer and what sales we have for
the month that apply.
Other competitors display promotional products on
how they look on vehicles. This sets a great example and puts a picture in the audience
mind. They show all the new colors that are coming out for the wrap world.
Another business puts out blowout sales with a specific discount code for that
special. I have one time applied this method and it worked excellent. It was a
while back using a Facebook advertisement of a service special. It was $20 off
a roof wrap with any finish gloss, satin, or matte. I had them like all my
social media pages and then text Rwrap20 to receive the discount. It worked out
great and it was someone who had been interested on my Instagram a while back.
This created a call to action for the customer to follow up on this great deal.
I will keep improving my strategies in
how I will give out beneficial news that interests my clients and future
customers.
I like how your email plan is very detailed, specific, and also engaging. Not knowing much about your industry, I think the competitor tactic of showing how promotional products look on vehicles would be a great thing to incorporate into your email marketing, too.
ReplyDeleteI like how involved you are with advertising and offering deals. Everybody likes a deal. I also like how you make the buyer work for it. That's clever. I really think adding some videos will help inform your customers how you work, but be careful to not give away your trade secrets in filming them. You never know if a competitor is watching.
ReplyDeleteI like the idea of raffle prizes. I think creating visual content through your newsletter is so smart! You could target a lot of people that way-especially since people like to watch videos.
ReplyDeleteGreat ideas on the raffles and videos!
